Team Lead

Promotion... Promotion... Promotion!!! I'm so happy to belong to the short list of successful candidate for promotion. I'm now a certified Lab Support Specialist! Hurrah! That's effective today. My Operations Manager now would be Luis Gonzales. Deepak Kumar would be my Director. We'll begin training today. We'll take calls for four hours then after an hour break, we'll take the last half for training. The said training will only last for a week. Then after that, wave 3 comes in then we begin managing people. We will be the Team Leads for the Labs of every waves. I'm actually pretty excited with all the incoming waves that we'll be handling.
